1. Commercial Operations & Logistics

Delivery Policy

Due to rising fuel and operating costs, we are implementing updated delivery policies providing the best possible service to all our customers. These changes are designed to improve efficiency while allowing us to maintain the reliable service you expect and deserve.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we make these adjustments. Our goal is to continue serving you in the most dependable and cost-effective way possible. Thank you for your continued business and support.

Business Hours

Monday – Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM. We are closed Saturday & Sunday

Holidays

CBT Hospitality Supplies is closed on the follwoing Holidays:

  • New Year’s Day
  • Memorial Day
  • Independence Day (4th of July)
  • Labor Day
  • Thanksgiving Day & Black Friday
  • Christmas Day

Delivery Policy

  1. Minimum Order for Delivery
    • Minimum order for delivery: $100
    • No minimum for customer pickup orders
  2. Next-Day Delivery Orders
    • Order deadline for next-day delivery: 3:30 PM
    • Delivery window: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
  3. Same-Day Delivery
    • Same-day delivery fee: $30
    • Same-day delivery requests are subject to driver and inventory availability and may not be available for all delivery areas.
  4. Weekend Orders
    • Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed on the next business day.
  5. Delivery Delays and Availability
    Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by weather, traffic, vehicle issues, staffing shortages, or other unforeseen circumstances may occur.
    Delivery availability may vary based on customer location and route schedules.
  6. Failed Delivery Attempts
    If delivery cannot be completed due to customer unavailability, restricted access, locked facilities, or inability to accept delivery, the order may be rescheduled for the next business day.
  7. Policy Changes
    CBT Hospitality Supplies reserves the right to modify delivery schedules, fees, and policies as necessary.

Local Delivery Schedule

Orders placed within the Grand Strand area Monday through Friday will be delivered by the end of the next business day. Accounts outside this area manager for your specific delivery schedule.

Expedited Local Delivery Fee

If you need to receive your order on the same day, there will be an expedited delivery fee of $30. Your order will be placed on our fast-track system, which will guarantee delivery by the end of the same day. at our warehouse is available at any time with no additional fees.

Weekend Orders (Local)

If you need to place an order on Saturday, Sunday, or a Holiday, you will need to meet a minimum order threshold, and the delivery will be subject to a delivery fee. You may schedule an appointment to pick up your order at our warehouse to have the delivery fee entirely waived.

Return Policy

Unused and unopened products that are returned will be subject to a restocking fee of 15% or a minimum of $10. Products that have been opened or used may not be returned. Defective products or any errors on behalf of CBT Hospitality Supplies may be returned without a fee. All returns must be received within 3 business days.

Monthly Statements & Invoicing

Monthly statements will start arriving on a monthly basis on approximately the 5th of each month. You have the option to pay by mail, giving a check to your account manager, or you may now pay online via ACH/e-Check. We need the correct email addresses on file for the monthly statements and invoices to be delivered to.

Late Fees & Collections

Payments received after the due date are subject to incremental late fees based on the duration past due. Any accounts that move into collections will also owe any and all legal fees required to obtain payment.

Notwithstanding any damages that You might incur, the entire liability of the Company and any of its suppliers under any provision of this Terms and Your exclusive remedy for all of the foregoing shall be limited to the amount actually paid by You through the Service or 100 USD if You haven’t purchased anything through the Service.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall the Company or its suppliers be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever (including, but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, loss of data or other information, for business interruption, for personal injury, loss of privacy arising out of or in any way related to the use of or inability to use the Service, third-party software and/or third-party hardware used with the Service, or otherwise in connection with any provision of this Terms), even if the Company or any supplier has been advised of the possibility of such damages and even if the remedy fails of its essential purpose.

For European Union (EU) Users: If You are a European Union consumer, you will benefit from any mandatory provisions of the law of the country in which you are resident in.

United States Legal Compliance: You represent and warrant that (i) You are not located in a country that is subject to the United States government embargo, or that has been designated by the United States government as a “terrorist supporting” country, and (ii) You are not listed on any United States government list of prohibited or restricted parties.

Severability, Waiver & Interpretation

Severability: If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision will be changed and interpreted to accomplish the objectives of such provision to the greatest extent possible under applicable law and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

Waiver: Except as provided herein, the failure to exercise a right or to require performance of an obligation under these Terms shall not effect a party’s ability to exercise such right or require such performance at any time thereafter nor shall the waiver of a breach constitute a waiver of any subsequent breach.
